This is a quick entry to say that I’ve arrived in Pittsburgh! We left this morning around 7:15 and for the most part beat the traffic rush in Albany. As we expected, the roads have been cleared with snow for several hours now, they appear to be totally dry. All of the trees and fields surrounding the interstates are blanketed with lots of snow which made for a pretty drive through the winter wonderland! All said and done, I think both Troy and Pittsburgh only got about 2-3 inches of snow, several inches short of the predicted 6 inches.
